This Department equips students with professional skills to operate within a food and beverage department of a hotel or any food service operations establishment.
The greatest objective is to develop a range of knowledge and understanding, skills and techniques, personal qualities and attributes essential for successful performance in the food service industry. We put more emphasis on acquiring practical skills required in all types of food service outlets, and prepares students to work as waiters/waitresses, Chefs, Supervisors etc.
We train the courses from Artisan, Certificate & Diploma Levels all examined by Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
