Carlile College is pleased to welcome students from many different countries in Africa to study together. Our School of IT, Business and Social Studies (SITBSS) attracts a cosmopolitan range of students from the surrounding areas of Nairobi and beyond, while our Schools of Theology bring together students from thirteen different countries, including Kenya. As a regional hub, we are a microcosm of the larger organism that is Church Army Africa.

What makes this possible is not political or economic union, but the faith that we share. Galatians 3: 26-28,

"You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus."

This gives us a common identity in Christ which unifies both staff and students. It is symbolized by our weekly all-community Holy Communion service.

Students of Mission at Carlile College have a passion for sharing the good news about Jesus Christ. They participate in mission outreaches and seek to evangelize both on and off campus. Our SITBSS students benefit from opportunities for pastoral care and interaction with tutors, students and chaplains. Typically, our Mission and Theology graduates are commissioned as Church Army Captains or serve in local parishes in an ordained or lay capacity. Our SITBSS graduates are usefully employed across many sectors in Kenya and beyond.

We would be pleased to welcome you either as a prospective student or as a friend of the college. Please feel free to contact us to see how you can become part of the international community of faith that is Carlile College.
