Admission Requirements

General Admission Requirements

All applicants to Carlile College must meet the following general requirements:

  • A completed application form
  • Proof of high school completion or equivalent
  • Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions
  • Two letters of recommendation (academic or professional)
  • A personal statement of purpose
  • Copy of national ID or passport
  • Two recent passport-size photographs
  • Application fee receipt

Additional requirements may apply for specific programs. International students should contact our admissions office for specific requirements.

Church Army Business School Requirements

In addition to general requirements, applicants to the Business School must meet:

  • KCSE mean grade C+ (or equivalent)
  • Minimum C grade in Mathematics and English
  • For diploma programs: KCSE mean grade C-
  • For certificate programs: KCSE mean grade D+
  • Professional experience in business (preferred)
  • Statement of business career goals
Programs Offered:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Diploma in Business Management
  • Certificate in Entrepreneurship
  • Executive Leadership Program

School of Mission Requirements

In addition to general requirements, applicants to the School of Mission must meet:

  • KCSE mean grade C (or equivalent)
  • Letter of recommendation from church leader
  • Statement of faith and calling
  • Interview with admissions committee
  • For advanced programs: Bachelor's degree in related field

  • Diploma in Theology and Mission
  • Certificate in Christian Ministry
  • Bachelor of Theology
  • Master of Divinity
